Get The Food Out project

Get The Food Out is a new and upcoming coffee and food truck ready to serve the most amazing food! They are fully equipped and ready to roll into the mobile food industry for the first time and have teamed up with Oxley Nursery to serve delicious coffee and food to their plant-loving customers.

This unit is designed as a fully self-contained mobile commercial kitchen, to cater for functions, events, sporting days, picnics, parks, and roadside operation. Its primary aim is to cater for static operation at an outdoor venue. Providing the operator with their own secure private space from which to operate their business inside while serving customers on the outside, the truck features a lift up serving window for access to customers whilst also providing them with shade from the Queensland sun. A separate, fully lockable door entry is located at the rear of the truck.

Inside, all that is required to deliver great coffee – Fracino coffee machine, grinder, jug rinser and knock box – is ready to go. The truck also has a benchtop chilled food display for cakes, slices and sandwiches, as well as a food warmer with four shelves ready to house delicious hot pastries, pies and more. A drinks fridge and griddle plate complete the food preparation and storage equipment.

For dry storage and easy access during service, a stainless steel wall cupboard, under-bench shelving with doors, and cup dispensers have been fitted to house plates, napkins, coffee cups and other required items.

With quality components, an awesome wrap promoting its brand and a new truck that is ready to go, the GTFO Food Truck is poised for a successful entry into the mobile catering business.
