Long Shot Van project
Long Shot is a tray-back truck designed as a fully self-contained mobile vending unit to cater for functions, events, sporting days, picnics, parks, and roadside operation. Its primary aim is to cater for static operation at an outdoor venue.
The truck is based on a Bondor panel structure on a solid metal frame all mounted on a vehicle chassis. The walk-around coffee truck is designed so operators can stand on the outside of the vehicle while interacting with and serving customers. It offers dual service areas – one on the foot path side and one at the rear. Lift up service windows on struts offer shelter from the sun and the rain and a wall mounted bracket provides storage for an awning. LED lighting allows for evening operation and equipment installed can be tailored to individual needs including refrigeration, coffee machine, food display and much more.
