Canteen Trailer – Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School

The Lutheran Ormeau Rivers Districts School (LORDS) approached Bella Manufacturing for a school canteen food trailer. This is an excellent solution for catering. When the school is hosting a sporting carnival, fete, fundraising event, or anything else that requires refreshments, the canteen trailer with its commercial-grade kitchen built to Australian food safety standards is able to produce fresh and delicious food for parents, students and guests.

This unit is a 5m, dual axle food trailer, designed as a self-contained mobile commercial kitchen to cater as a basic school canteen and for additional events. It offers an enclosed working environment with a service window for access to outside.

Inside, it is fitted out with quality components including a convection oven, stainless steel wall cupboards, a refrigerated display cabinet and hot food display. The canteen also has three-door commercial counter fridge, a vertical split door fridge/freezer and wall-mounted microwave oven.

A retractable sliding screen over the servery window provides shade and protection from insects, and a step-down server bench offers a low, easy to access service point for external customers.

Standard built mobile commercial kitchen specifications are also included to comply with Australian standards, and all components and appliances are covered by an Australia-wide 12-month warranty.
