Sweet Three Vintage Container Kitchen project
Sweet Three Vintage is a café that sits on the Lakefront in Forbes, central west NSW. This 40ft shipping container has been converted into a fully equipped commercial container kitchen, and was designed and built to pass all local requirements. 2D and 3D plans were provided for a smooth process in applying for council permits and applications.
Serving locally roasted barista coffee, waffles, milkshakes and plenty of other delicious treats, this portable container kitchen is secured by two lockable lift up windows. The insulated container features stainless steel benches with a dedicated hand wash station and double sink. The container is fully compliant with all Australian Food Safety legislation, including all certified trades and equipment installation.
There is a saloon style door for easy entry and exit at the counter and an array of quality equipment inside the spacious kitchen which includes:
- 1200L two-door upright fridge
- Stainless steel upright freezer
- Double basket deep fryer
- Two-burner hotplate and griddle with oven underneath
- Gelato display
- Cold food display
- Dishwasher
- Commercial custom-made rangehood/exhaust canopy
- Reverse cycle split system air conditioner for a comfortable working environment
- and much more
This container in particular has been fitted with aluminium sheets on the exterior for a smooth vinyl wrap finish.
