Kimba Lions Food Trailer
The Lions Club of Kimba is a volunteer organisation supporting the local community. This food trailer has been custom built for their volunteer activities around the beautiful Eyre Peninsula. Built to Australian standards, this commercial kitchen has been designed and built on a dual axle trailer with Australian steel.
Ready to cook up a storm for the community, equipment inside includes a heavy duty griddle and stand, a four-burner oven and a heated benchtop display. The kitchen also offers an upright split door fridge/freezer and plenty of storage using wall-mounted, stainless steel cupboards, drawers and shelving.
Two lift up doors create servery points and offer shade from the elements in addition to a 4.5m awning. The servery doors also feature internal fly screens, enabling doors to be opened during preparation time whilst keeping the insects out. The rear door has a security screen; fold out, premium Thule trailer steps allow for easy access into the trailer and internal lighting enables evening and early morning operation. Commercial gas and electrical installation and certification ensures the vehicle is safe and operating to code and an internal roof-mounted fan keeps volunteers cool during busy community events.
