Luna Park Silver Bella Snack Food Trailer
Luna Park Melbourne is an historic amusement park in St Kilda. It opened in December 1912 and remains a popular attraction for tourists and locals alike. Bella Manufacturing were tasked with the manufacture of a Silver Bella food trailer that serves as a convenient snack outlet to complement the park’s main cafe.
The 8m retro Silver Bella food trailer has been custom built with Australian aluminium and food-grade stainless steel interiors, designed and engineered to comply with Australian standards.
Serving both hot and cold food and drinks, it has been fitted out with deep fryers, freezers, a hot display and display fridge. Air conditioning has been installed to maintain a comfortable working environment for the team and there is underbench shelving and storage. An additional cut out section with glass has been added to allow viewing of the fairy floss machine in operation.
Located right next to the world’s oldest continually operating roller coaster – The Great Scenic Railway – the Silver Bella food trailer fits right in with the heritage period of the park whilst offering modern convenience.
