When the Brisbane Broncos sought to expand their retail presence both at home and away games, they knew they needed a solution that embodied their brand. They turned to Bella Manufacturing for a state-of-the-art merchandise van.
 
“We’re a premium brand and we wanted this to be represented with the merchandise van,” explained Retail Manager Chris Hines. “Our first trial was at Accor Stadium in Sydney against the Rabbitohs and it was fantastic. The sign on the roof is huge and lights up in the evening attracting plenty of attention. You can’t miss it.”
 
The van’s strategic placement during home games at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane has significantly boosted the Club’s retail operations, delivering a return on investment that exceeded expectations. The fit-out included:
 
– Wall-mounted storage solutions and custom merchandise cabinets
 
– Custom servery doors with gas struts and internal locking capability
 
– Body modification certification for safety and durability
 
– Aluminium tread plate floor with stunning LED lighting for evening operations
 
– Wall-mounted fans, Bluetooth speakers, and power points for EFTPOS facilities, iPads, and the POS system
 
“It was a seamless process from design to execution,” Hines said. “Exactly what we wanted was described, drawn up and delivered. We’ll be coming back to Bella for our next project.”
