Milo food trailer project

Milo Australia have used our unique Silver Bella custom made food trailers for promotional sampling campaigns around the country. The planning brief from XPO Brands required room for multiple adults to be able to work inside, and the inclusion of commercial grade equipment. It also stipulated an ability to accommodate removable LED back-lit signage during transit and for re-branding of the vehicle for future campaigns.

The promotional trailers were designed in-house and custom built from BlueScope Australian steel, fitted with food-grade insulated panel and flooring, stainless steel benches and internal lighting for evening or early morning operation. The interior features a 2-door upright milk fridge, tropical rated to 43 deg; two Viper benchtop steam wands with separate boilers; stainless steel sinks with hot water for hand and equipment washing, water tanks and associated electrical and generator requirements. Under bench cupboards and shelving allow for plenty of dry and disposable goods storage.

With all Bella-made vehicles, design and engineering is customised to suit both individual project specifications and Australian standards. CAD drawings are provided for sign off prior to fabrication and a full set of CAD plans released for council permit and application processes.

The result for this project were high quality multi-purpose food trailer units for use now and in the future for mobile promotional and experiential campaigns.
