We have worked with Retail Zoo to produce this magnificent Salsa’s food truck that will travel around Australia selling scrumptious Mexican food! Salsa’s is a well established franchise and as they expand their operations to include a mobile catering element, we fitted out this food truck with a double bain marie, deep fryer, commercial rice cookers, tropical rated refrigeration and more to ensure they can prepare and serve up endless tortilla delights.

Custom built with a solid metal frame, the truck features a large lift up serving window on gas struts and a drop down service bench in front of the point of sale area for easy customer access. Internal and external lighting allows for round-the-clock service to cater for hungry crowds at lunch and dinner, optimising service times to maximise revenue. The eye-catching vehicle wrap and fold out wings attract the attention of passers-by and, as with all vehicles manufactured by Bella, this truck complies with all Australian standards and offers a nation-wide warranty.
