Smoko Truck

An extension to an existing mobile catering business experiencing growth, this large tray-back smoko truck left the factory and hit the ground running at an outdoor event a day or two later. The unit was built to fit a Fuso 515 and features three large lift up doors on gas struts, allowing for a large food-grade stainless steel workbench area and scope for a large amount of display space.

This smoko truck has been fitted with the Bella coffee set up – custom designed to suit the business owner’s needs, top of the range equipment to ensure delicious coffee and chosen to suit low wattage battery or generator systems. This set up includes a Fracino Contempo coffee machine, a Mazzer coffee grinder and knock box and jug rinser. Other equipment inside includes a pie oven with magnetic doors, freezer and single door milk fridge. There are also two Schmick 2-door refrigerators which are constructed in stainless steel and feature triple glazed doors with heated glass to stop condensation. The heated doors can be switched off in low humidity settings, saving money and power. With adjustable shelving, internal LED lights and lockable doors, they are a great display fridge that can be secured when unattended.

As with all Bella-made units, this smoko truck has been designed to comply with ANZFSA 3.2.3 (food premise design) and offers an Australia-wide 12-month warranty on all components and appliances. It has been hand built by our experienced tradesmen from the tyres up here in Australia, with quality materials ensuring it is robust and ready to perform for years to come.
