The Alley Pit Stop Shipping Container Fit Out Project

This project has converted a 40-foot shipping container into a portable container kitchen ready to serve breakfast and brunch to its loyal customers from near and far.

Custom made by Bella Manufacturing, this full commercial kitchen fit-out includes a 6-burner gas hob, 4-tray oven, burner griddle and a couple of deep fryers allowing a menu offering that is full of variety. Food grade stainless steel benches, multiple refrigeration and freezer options, an undercounter dishwasher and food grade vinyl flooring have also been installed.

The container features lift-up servery windows, a separate door entry with security and insect screen and a split system air conditioner to keep the serving team comfortable.

This unit has been built to be fully compliant with all Australian Food Safety legislation including all certified trades and equipment installation, and to comply with and pass certificates and council approval.
