Uncle Toby’s Mobile Food Trailer

Brand experience agency Maverick Marketing approached Bella with a brief to create a mobile breakfast bar for their client, Uncle Toby’s. This fresh and colourful mobile food trailer was built and kitted-out from the ground up. A three metres long, the trailer is designed for staff to stand inside to make beverages and food, with service to be to the customers on the outside of the trailer. There is a lift up window for serving, and it also acts as a convenient canopy to protect from the weather.

The trailer is built from Bondor panel, supported by a strong steel trailer chassis. Equipment inside includes a two-door under bench fridge, a cold prep top built into the counter, water tanks, sinks and stainless steel bench tops all accessed by a rear-entry barn door.

With its key function being a promotional vehicle, fold out wings were added to either side on hinged locks to expand its branding efforts. Eye catching and unique, the O&G Breakfast Bar is a great example of big brands creating a fantastic customer experience at the same time as taking their products direct to the customer, boosting their marketing efforts and market share.
