Zambrero is a well-known Australian fast food restaurant franchise offering Tex-Mex style food. Burritos, Tacos, Fajitas, Nachos, Quesadillas, Mexi-Bowls, and more scrumptious delights!

You might see this Zambrero Tex-Mexivan food truck pop up to feed hungry attendees at exhibitions and events around Queensland as they branch out from bricks and mortar stores to include a mobile catering service, popping up in suburbs around the South East of the state.

This Zambrero custom catering truck comprises a solid metal frame with exterior black gloss composite panel walls and roof with a serving area down one side made up of two lift up service windows. The windows also serve as a shelter for waiting customers. Inside is a mobile kitchen fitted to comply with commercial specs:

• commercial grade covered vinyl on the floor
• stainless steel sinks
• stainless steel benches
• separate hand wash sink with flick mixer tap

Cooking equipment inside the catering vehicle is also commercial-grade and includes rice cookers, microwaves, salamander, an 8-pan salad bar, 6-pan bain marie and sandwich press, in addition to refrigeration.

An electric, roof lightbox sign and side wing panels which fold in are an eye-catching broadcast of the Zambrero brand, mission and menu, enticing customers to join the movement and eat good food.
