Bubble Tea Bar Food Trailer Fitout project

The Bubble Tea Bar is a great example of a well-designed, compact mobile catering solution. The 2.4 metre walk-in trailer is square bodied and built to commercial compliance so it can be used for food and beverage preparation and serving. This trailer features roller doors on the serving windows and eye-catching striped awnings to serve as weather protection for customers.

This fitout included stainless steel work benchtops with coved edges, an under-bench fridge with sliding doors, an under-bench solid door freezer and double burner cooktop. The custom range hood exhaust has been built to suit the cooking equipment installed, with lights and adjustable fan speed. It also includes full length stainless sheeting behind the cooking equipment, backed with fire resistant board.

Also fitted is a Fracino coffee machine and Quamar grinder for serving up delicious coffee every day. The entry doors feature a tinted acrylic panel, security and insect screen and triple lock. Inside, three removable pendant lights create great ambience and aesthetics for visitors to the trailer.
