We initially chose Bella manufacturing, even though it was a long way from our operations base, because they were experienced and had been manufacturing and delivering for such a long time. This gave us security on our probity and purchasing procedures around large payments and reasonably lengthy building frameworks in the industry, which are necessary from a manufacturing point of view.

We also had faith in Bella’s experience in advising on best layout and ensuring food standards compliance. Warren from Bella was attentive to our concerns, when we had them, throughout the building process. He was personable, attentive and very helpful at every point, including in advice about best design. We were very pleased with Bella’s customer care and this gave us confidence at such a distance.

Our food van is better than even we expected – tough, in terms of durable chassis and this creates confidence in the trailer and allows maximum creativity in our organisation in terms of where we might transport it to in order to operate. The fitout is excellent – a very good industrial kitchen on wheels, and the layout is well thought through making it very easy to operate.

The guys at Bella have built us an unbreakable beast of a food truck. It has all the bells and whistles you could imagine and more! In May of 2015 we started looking around for a company to manufacture a food trailer for us. We weren’t 100% sure what exactly we wanted, but knew more or less what it had to be able to do and what it had to have. After initial meetings with six builders from all over Australia, we decided to stay local and go with Bella Manufacturing. While they were not the cheapest, we knew full well that we didn’t want cheap, since we had to work in it every day and we wanted it to reflect the quality of our product as well. The design and the build process was painless, we received regular updates and they helped with our council application as well. One year on, our trailer is still going strong and we receive compliments on its design and workmanship daily. We are happy with the choice we made.
